The service advisors at this garage are excellent and very knowledgeable. They look after their customers very well. .I had a problem when i had not driven my car for quite a long time because of Covid they had the car checked over very quickly and gave it a check up. Car required a specific service related to the 4 wheel drive system. Initial chat identified it was likely to be a pump problem. Pump was pre-ordered and diagnostic check confirmed it was the pump, gained by not having to take the car back after check therefore only one visit required. Good job!
Brilliant service our v40 developed a fault with a break pressure sensor. Volvo arranged recovery from home address to Volvo Canterbury despite COVID and being between Christmas and new year car was diagnosed part sourced and repaired with 24 hours. They are also taking the COVID very seriously hand sanitisers every where all staff wearing marsks correctly and the care throughly covered in ppe and cleaned up return
My Volvo is under a service contract. Always used Ashford upto closure, now transfered to Canterbury. Booked car in for service and Mot a few months back all seemed ok. Just did an Mot history check with DVLC. Shocked to find Volvo Canterbury recorded an Mot fail and pass on the same day. The fail was for 1.5mm rear brake pads which were sorted under the service minutes after the fail. Incompetence or what? Cancelling maintenance contract and will use a competent garage in future.
