Car required a specific service related to the 4 wheel drive system. Initial chat identified it was likely to be a pump problem. Pump was pre-ordered and diagnostic check confirmed it was the pump, gained by not having to take the car back after check therefore only one visit required. Good job!

Shockingly dysfunctional service department. FOUR appointments either delayed, cancelled or fobbed off for something that should’ve been done before the car was delivered to me. A sad fall from grace as they were so good with my XC90 a few years ago. No complaint regarding face to face contact as staff are polite and professional. Just a total inability for the department to do anything ‘joined up’. Avoid like the plague.
